Andriy Reva noted that recalculations of pensions to Ukrainians living in the Donbass, there will be problems.
The Ukrainians living in the territory of Donbass, pensions will be recalculated before the end of this year. This was stated by the Minister of social policy Andrei Reva.
“When we are talking about the recalculation of pensions, the problem to be solved in a month or two, not more,” he said.
Reva added that people who moved to the territory they control, there will be some problems.
“For the implementation of the conversion must be the case. Them the pension is paid without the case, but that the current pension. However, I can guarantee that we will resolve this issue, find a mechanism for these people has not suffered”, – said the Minister.
He said that while he didn’t know how it will be recalculated pensions for people with uncontrolled territory, since the issue of the recalculation of pensions to those citizens by law are not defined.
“The issue today, the law is not defined. Accordingly, we will transfer the pensions to people who live on the uncontrolled territory, today I can’t tell you, as a General rule such allocations make the bodies of the Pension Fund at the place of residence of people. Bodies of the Pension Fund and the relevant pension database those people who live on the uncontrolled territory, we have not. And there is no physical and technical capabilities to do it,” added Reva.
