The head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov said that the region is back in the middle Ages, and people migrate to Moscow because of the low standards of social security.
The head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov said that the level of development of the industry at the moment in the region have dropped to the feudal system.
“At the moment, 5% of the population are employed in the industry. In the early twentieth century was 7%. In industry we fell on the feudal level, revives the middle Ages, we are overwhelmed by ignorance,” he said at a Russian investment forum “Sochi–2017”.
The head of Dagestan said that the people from the Caucasus region migrated to Moscow because of the low level of social security.
“Why Caucasians are fleeing to Moscow? Because the level of social security of the house by 60%. It turns out that, for centuries, we are laying the crisis. We have 200 years of one country, we fraternized, but it’s words and policies. And under the policy need economy,” he concluded.
