“According to the report of the public Prosecutor, who participated in this trial, we are now solving the issue of making statements in ERDR under part 2 of article 375 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – the decision of the judge of obviously illegal decisions”, – she said.
Strizhevskaya added that the prosecution will Lodge an appeal against the decision of the Kyiv district court of Poltava and hopes for her satisfaction, since, in her opinion, the judge explained his decision to securtiy business Kernes “absolute nonsense”.
“The procedure of dropping the charges provided for in article 340 of the CCP and it has clearly defined boundaries. Sorry, fantasies about non-appearance, although the Prosecutor failed to appear for objective reasons, are not grounds to consider it a failure of prosecution,” said Strizhevskaya.
