The government has transferred the state Corporation “rostec” shares two defense enterprises — JSC “Installation and technological management of Altair” (Moscow) and JSC “Special design Bureau “salute”,” (Novosibirsk), formerly in Federal ownership. The corresponding decree was published on 19 August on the website of the Cabinet.
Altair specializiruetsya on the installation of equipment special communication systems and automation, including control of the Armed forces, as well as on the Baikonur, Plesetsk and Vostochny. In turn, the “fireworks” designs, manufactures and services automated systems for missile troops.
As noted, the transfer of stock “the Corporation” due to the need of preserving and development of the main specializations of these enterprises in the sphere of defense and security of the state. “The decision will create a vicious cycle of development, implementation, modernization, repair and maintenance in constant readiness of strategic importance for provision of state security of objects and systems; combine scientific and staff potential of JSC “MTU ‘Al'”, JSC “OKB ‘salute'”, and integrated structures of the Corporation; to reduce the time of design, development, and systems into operation”, — stated in the order.
