Roman Nasirov has allegedly violated the conditions of the measure.
The state may recover 100 million bail suspended SFS head of the Roman Nasirov in the budget, because it violated the terms of the measure.This is reported by journalists of the program Schema.

In particular, the judge accepted the defense counsel’s testimony that the second Ukrainian passport Nasirova was cancelled by the worker of territorial body of the State migration service by breaking more than two holes in mashinostroitelnoe area.
But later this information was denied by the Migration service itself. The response of the Department to address the NEB reported that “the passport of the citizen Nasirov R. M. No. СDххх241 as invalid, cancelled and returned to the person does not appear, and the decision to cancel the staff was not taken”.
This information was confirmed in the letter of the Ministry of foreign Affairs on 9 September 2017.
According to British passport Nasirov, the judge refused to accept the evidence, explaining that the responses of the British side received allegedly in the framework of other criminal proceedings.
In NABU and SAP consider this decision illegal, since the competent authorities in the UK reported the change in the number of criminal proceedings, in which was placed the request on international legal assistance. NABU told that the detectives had already prepared to re-petition. However, in the SAP believe that there are no grounds for filing a new petition.
