Can a person with disabilities to travel freely around the world? Unfortunately, the answer to this question is often negative.
However, there are examples in the world desperate optimists who realize their dreams, despite any difficulties. Recently, the network appeared the cheerful photographs of a girl who a month romp in Europe, using his prosthesis as “geotagged”. The idea was excellent: the girl got a lot of impressions and gained many new friends!
Photos of the girl, known online under the nickname devgal, instantly became popular. Journey through Europe lasted 4.5 weeks, and during that time she managed to make dozens of pictures in the most famous tourist places. However, the pictures devgal will not mix with anyone else because she has a special “accessory” – a prosthesis on which to draw with crayons.
About the most devgal little is known: in early childhood she suffered from an illness, which, in fact, deprived of its legs. The limb was not functioning, and when the girl was only 4 years old, the decision was made to amputate. Since then, she lives with a prosthesis. Devgal, like many disabled people, faced many difficulties in life, the mobility problem for her — one of the most urgent. However, despite this, she decided me to prove to myself that I can do a full journey, and went on the road in European countries.
To label a visit to a new place, she used her prosthesis. On it with colored chalks wrote the names of cities, and then openly showed in the frame. In some photos you can even see the prosthetic in the hands of the girls, and in one of the pubs of Dublin and it gave to hold the prosthesis made many new friends.
