The case concerns the sale of land to the Dutch investor.
The Prosecutor General’s office called the mayor of Lviv Andrey Sadovyi for questioning.
In my Facebook Garden announced that it will come to the investigator on Tuesday at 10:30 in the building of the GPU on the street., 7/9 in Kyiv. The agenda, which announced the mayor stated that he will be interrogated as a witness.
The questioning will take place in the case of the sale of land by the authorities of the city of the Dutch company CTP. In an industrial Park in Ryasne-2, the company wants to build an industrial Park for 3000 jobs.
Version Garden is:
“The Dutch company CTP (one of the largest industrial developers in Europe – https://www.ctpark.eu/) won the international tender for the management of the future industrial Park in the industrial area Ryasne-2;
– after winning the Dutch offer not only to invest in the future of the Park but also to buy the land under it (didn’t have);
– the Dutch agree to pay for the land 52 million UAH (in accordance with the monetary assessment) and undertake to invest only in the infrastructure of the Park of 50 million euros, to attract large manufacturers and to create over 3,000 new jobs.”
Last fall, the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko presented the version of the investigation:
“In September 2015 the Lviv city Council, one of the entities was provided in rent the land plot of 23 hectares, the normative monetary valuation of which amounted to 140 million UAH. After 3 months (in December of the same year) the land and signed by the Chairman of the Council has sold at a price of 52 million UAH, which is UAH 88 million less than its valuation”.
