Garden want the publication of his questioning to the gpou
City Chairman of Lviv Andriy Sadovy has said that he will ask the General Prosecutor to make public the minutes of his interrogation. This Garden told reporters after out from the GPU.
“The question of the value of land in the territory of the future industrial Park, which, according to prosecutors, the Dutch company sold too cheaply, we have not yet approached. If it sounds, then I will explain to the colleagues from the Prosecutor General that there is a difference between the expert valuation of the land and the normative monetary assessment. If we are talking about redemption, then the expert sets the price. Therefore, all our actions clearly correspond to the current legislation”, – said the Garden.
In his opinion, this entire process is intended to prevent the implementation of the project of the industrial Park, because he is in Lviv.
Lviv mayor also said that he will ask the GPU to make a public record of his interrogation.
As previously reported, the mayor of Lviv Andrey Sadovyi was summoned to the Prosecutor General for questioning in a case concerning an industrial Park in Lviv.
