The FSB refused to comment on mass evacuation in Russia

Swept Russia in the evening on September 10 the wave of telephone terrorism has not waned.

In Russia officially the press service of the emergencies Ministry, the interior Ministry and the FSB refused to comment on mass evacuation due to reports of “mining” in different cities over the past few days. This is reported by Russian media.

According to an employee of one of these press services, this is done at the direction of the FSB, which supervises the investigation, in order not to escalate the panic and not to provoke others wishing to engage in telephone terrorism.

“Swept Russia since Sunday night on a wave of telephone terrorism has not waned. In all, over the past few days documented hundreds of such calls in Vladivostok, Omsk, Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Chelyabinsk, Stavropol, Perm, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Izhevsk and other cities: “mining” was subjected stations, office buildings, shopping centers, residential homes and other places of a mass finding of people”, – stated in the message.

Emergency services in Moscow as of 17:00 on September 14 was evacuated 40 thousand 200 people, and throughout Russia over the previous days – more than 150 thousand people from 480 sites.

13 Sep emergency services in major Russian cities continued to receive signals about the mining of social objects.

Such calls laid explosive devices and suspicious objects continue from Sunday 10 September. Reports of the mining act in service across the country from the Far East to Kaliningrad. The score fell under the evacuation of tens of thousands of people.

Yet none of the cases the message on a mining wasn’t confirmed.
