Smolninsky district court of St. Petersburg sentenced former head of the legal Committee of the city administration Yulia Osipova to a fine for abuse of office. As reported Znak.com in a press-service of the court, ex-official was fined 50 thousand rubles.
The case was heard in a special manner, Osipova fully admitted his guilt and apologized for the act that it “negatively characterize”.
The head of the legal Committee Yulia Osipova was arrested in the fall of 2018. She’s been accused of embezzlement of budget funds in the amount of not less than 14 million rubles.
