The former head of Mariupol police, was sentenced to 11 years in prison

Azov district court of Zaporizhzhya region on August 23 sentenced the former acting head of the Mariupol city Department of the main Department of MIA of Ukraine in Donetsk region Oleg Morgun to 11 years of imprisonment for the transition to the side of the terrorist organization “DNR”.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.

In may of the same year the public Prosecutor brought an indictment against Wink to the court, which two years later found the former policeman guilty of a criminal offense under part 1 article 258-3 (participation in a terrorist organization) the Criminal code of Ukraine and sentenced to 11 years in prison.
