The Ministry expressed its protest.
The Ministry of foreign Affairs expressed protest to Russia in connection with carrying out military service in the Crimea. This is stated in comments posted on the Agency’s website.
In the message it is emphasized that Ukraine insists on the abolition of conscription for the citizens living in Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as demands from the Russian side “to strict compliance with their international obligations”.
Recall that Russia intends to call in 2017 five thousand inhabitants.
Earlier it was reported that conscripts from the Crimea for the first time in the spring call will be held military service in all regions of Russia.
