The foreign Ministers of the EU supported the extension of sanctions against Russia.

Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that the foreign Ministers of the countries of the European Union supported the extension of sanctions against Russia.

He said this following the meeting with the foreign Ministers of the EU countries.

“All those present at the meeting clearly supported the need to continue consistent pressure and of course the continuation of the sanctions”, – quotes klimkina Interfax-Ukraine.

“We talked about how we should respond to Russia’s recent actions in the occupied Donbas, we talked about how we should respond to the recent deterioration of the security situation, on the death of innocent citizens,” he added.
