The Congress of the football Federation of Ukraine (FFU) decided to hold extraordinary elections of the President of the organization.
At the briefing, the FFU information about re-elections confirmed the current head of the FFU Andrew Pavelko, who has already announced his candidacy for the elections that will take place before the first of July 2017.

Andriy Pavelko led the football Federation of Ukraine in March 2015, replacing Anatoly Konikowo.
If Pavelko loses the election, then the football Federation of Ukraine will be the sixth President. Earlier the governing body of the Ukrainian football was in the hands of Victor Bannikov, Valery Pustovoitenko, Grigory Surkis and the previously mentioned Konkova and Pavelko.
