Ballistic missile hit the conditional target.
The Russian defense Ministry released a video of the first launch of missiles of operational-tactical complex (PTRC) “Iskander-M”, held outside Russia.
The start made in the framework of joint exercises of Russia and Tajikistan “Dushanbe-Antiterror”. According to the plan the final stage of the maneuvers, the missile destroyed a contingent of militants, being 140 miles from the target. Objective control confirmed the complete destruction of the enemy.
On simulated enemies also hit by the Tu-22M3 and jet system of volley fire “Hurricane”.
“Dushanbe-Antiterror”, the first exercises held anti-terrorist centre of CIS member States with the involvement of the armed forces of the Commonwealth.
May 31, launched the final phase (power phase). The participants were practicing counter-terrorism operation to liberate the hostages and neutralize simulated enemy critical facility (national television station), as well as a military operation to destroy the gangs, broke through the border of Tajikistan.
