The Ministry provided an open and transparent process of preparation of the bill
A working group consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Finance, business, experts and people’s deputies have acquired the text of the bill, which proposes to impose a tax on the capital instead of income tax.

“The Ministry of Finance has provided absolutely open and transparent process of preparation of the bill, so all interested parties could join to work on the project”, – stated in the message.
Just in the development phase of the project, the Ministry held more than 20 meetings, where the participants had the opportunity to discuss and resolve disputed issues.
Now the Ministry of Finance published the draft Law of Ukraine “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine concerning the tax on the capital” and invites everyone to join the public discussion.
