Cartoonist Sergei Elkin laughed at the agreement of Gazprom and “Russian Railways” (RZD) on joint implementation of investment project on construction of the Northern latitudinal.
The cartoon appeared on the Facebook page in Elkin.
“Russian Railways and Gazprom have agreed on joint implementation of investment project on construction of the Northern latitudinal railway and approaches. The gas monopoly will be built and put into operation a railway with a length of 112 km,” he wrote.
The picture shows how the head of “Gazprom” Alexey Miller manages the process of construction.
