The explosion under the Dnieper river: one person was killed, two in hospital

“The investigators found that the cause of the explosion was revenge and hostility to each other two residents of the district Kulebovka,” said the police.

In the course of investigative and search activities was established the enemy of the deceased pensioner. They found 57-year-old previously convicted local resident.
