According to the forecast, the cost of apartments in Kiev in 2019 will increase by 1% due to the growth of demand for housing.
The average cost of apartments in Kiev on the secondary and primary markets in 2019 will increase by approximately 1%.
About this at a press Breakfast was announced by the head of the Department of valuation and Advisory NAI Ukraine Irina Trunova.
“We expect that growth will be about 1% this year, both at the secondary and the primary market. In both dollar and national currency”, – she said.
According to Trunov, there are a number of prerequisites. “This increase in the salary Fund, as well as the demand for free land. We expect growth to receive permits for construction in 2019. Also a significant factor that will influence the cost – the introduction of new town planning rules, in particular regulation percentage of real estate development” – said Trunov.
She also noted that by the end of 2018 on the secondary market residential property prices have increased moderately – by 0.8-1% in dollar and hryvnia terms. “The most expensive areas are: caves, Shevchenko and Obolon district (1818, 1433 and $ 1183./sq. m respectively).
The least expensive are the districts of the Left Bank of the capital (Desnyanskiy and Darnitskiy),” – said Trunov.
She also said that, according to preliminary data NAI Ukraine, the demand for residential property in Ukraine in 2018, increased 13% compared to the previous year.
