The Cabinet should cease to allocate money for patching roads because of inefficiency and corruption, and to transfer road maintenance to private organizations.
This opinion was expressed in the comment the expert Vyacheslav Konovalov.

“Patching is a waste. So do not build,” – said the expert.
According to Konovalov, the maintenance of roads needs to engage private organizations, which will receive from the state a certain amount of money. Naturally, it is necessary to monitor the use of funds.
“It has long been said that you need to work on the scheme guarantee. That is, we give a piece of road of a particular organization contains. We give a certain amount for it and you both want and provide. If you don’t provide, you owe money. Ten years have passed, and such a scheme can not implement,” – said the expert.
