The exchange of prisoners again disrupted militants

Обмен пленными снова сорван боевикамиThe exchange process was canceled by the separatists, says Ukraine’s representative.

The survey procedure of citizens who refuse to move into the territory of individual regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the framework of the exchange of hostages, tore through the fault of the LDNR. About this Facebook said the representative of Ukraine in the sub-group on humanitarian issues of the trilateral contact group on settling the situation in the Donbass Irina Gerashchenko.

“On Tuesday, April 18, representatives of the OSCE, the security service and the office of the Ombudsman Lutkovska was already in Mariupol, that, as agreed in Minsk on humanitarian subgroup and the TAG arrangements, to finally start a poll of hundreds of people who are in prison, which, according to Ukrainian legislation, to release from further punishment just for the sake of freeing our hostages in ORDO”, – writes Gerashchenko.

But this procedure has not begun, as representatives of LDNR wanted to go back to the discussion at the next meeting in Minsk.

“Tactics ORDA, and their Russian curators is obvious to block the process the release of the hostages, completely excluded from humanitarian dialogue, the international humanitarian organization. First ORDO categorically refused to participate in the process of liberation of the red cross, then, after two months of negotiations and existing agreements, blocked the UN, now they are not satisfied with the OSCE, while the mission of this organization is directly involved in the Minsk process, and its representatives are the coordinators of the TAG and all groups,” – said the MP.
