The Embassy of Russia in Germany it’s called bad taste.
In the material of the German magazine Focus of Russian President Vladimir Putin called the dog. This was reported in the Twitter of the Russian Embassy in Germany.
So, in one of the rooms of the publication for 2017 voiced phrase that the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, “Putin is afraid of dogs, but the dog is not afraid of Putin.”
The Embassy of Russia called such material is tasteless and stupid.
