Ukraine will receive 1.8 billion under the new macrofinancial assistance from the European Union. On Monday, November 27, said the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Alexander danyluk.
According to him, the new program provides for the allocation of funding to Ukraine, tentatively in the amount of 1.8 billion euros.
“This is a new step towards strengthening cooperation with the European Union. Similar programs have helped our neighbours to develop, in particular, to introduce important reforms and improve infrastructure,” – said the Minister.
According to him, it was agreed that the terms of this funding programme will meet key government priorities and strategic goals of the country.
“Detailed conditions, we will consider and discuss with our European colleagues in the near future. Work on this issue the Ministry of Finance is already beginning this week,” – said the Minister.
