Mingarelli expressed genuine concern too slow harmonization of national legislation
In the European Union believe that some of the bills of the Cabinet are outdated and not in line with the new EU tax regulation.
This told the people’s Deputy of Ukraine (PPB) Nina yuzhanina following the meeting with the Head of delegation of the European Union Hugom Mingarelli.
According to her, Mingarelli expressed genuine concern too slow harmonization of national legislation in the tax and customs spheres with European standards, as foreseen by the commitments of our country to the Association Agreement with the EU.
“We discussed some of the government bills necessary for the implementation of our commitments. Unfortunately, among them there are such, which without changes repeat bills developed by the Government Yatsenyuk, contain outdated regulations and do not agree with the new tax with EU law,” said the Southerner.
The MP added that Mingarelli confirmed that the amendments to the tax and customs legislation of Ukraine should be based on quality agreed with all branches of government and society bills.
“Our guest agreed that innovation should not only conform to the EC directives but also take into account the peculiarities of the domestic economy and create the basis for a new corruption schemes,” — said the Deputy.
