Hardly for someone a secret that a return to Jurassic Park was initially planned as a new trilogy. At least the creators are talking about it. Of course, if the first film flopped at the box office, that dream probably would have remained dreams, but now the dinosaurs are doing the office, so they fold up shop, no one will.
Colin Trevorrow, the Director of the first part and the writer-producer of the sequel, in one of the interviews said that the ending of “Jurassic World 2” (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) would prepare the audience to the third part. While all the previous pictures in the franchise had a fat point in the endgame, МЮП2 will be a bridge to trikvela. While Trevorrow immediately calmed those annoying “in cliffhangers” – about like the end of the movie not talking. That is, instead of interrupting the story on a cliffhanger, waiting for the audience hints on what will happen in the third part. And the creators promise that the island with the dinosaurs will never be the same… indeed, there is a large-scale eruption of a volcano!
Trevorrow also said that the real antagonists of this story can be considered people, not dinosaurs. In the first film it was about human greed, of the powerful, who, to fill their own pockets with money, dare to play God. The sequel will continue to explore the dark side of human nature, to put characters in difficult moral choice, but nevertheless, it will acquire the features of a disaster movie. Well, that should be interesting.
