In Kiev, stopped the Professor of National Academy of internal Affairs of Ukraine Alexander Kozachenko, which was parked with violation of traffic rules.
According to witnesses, the Professor was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, as stated on page in Facebook Kiev operational.
