Scientists have conducted studies and came to the conclusion that coffee consumption does not always invigorates people, and in some cases, causes drowsiness, and life threatening.
Many people drink coffee several times a day to stay awake during the day. But, according to experts, every person’s body responds differently to the active ingredients of coffee beans. If you drink coffee, staying in constant stress, systematic lack of sleep and feeling constant discomfort, it can lead to serious consequences, including death.
The reason is that in this condition of the body, caffeine provokes a spasm of cerebral vessels, which can lead to oxygen starvation of the gray matter. This could lead to loss of consciousness, headache and in more serious cases, death.
