to include in the mode of the day walking in the fresh air;
be sure to follow a regime of rest, do not overwork, do not burden yourself with increased physical exercises;
to ensure proper nutrition, to give up alcohol, salty and fatty foods, to monitor the amount of water balance in the body;
try to go to bed early, at least 15 minutes;
evening thoroughly ventilate the room for sleeping.

Experts say that, sticking to these tips will help the Ukrainians go on winter time without losing courage and strength.
