Vegetarian beet latte
3 cups almond milk
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (more or less to taste)
2 teaspoons mixed spices
1 teaspoon powder of dried beets
2 -4 drops rose water
a pinch of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat. Pour into a blender and whisk until foam appears. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm. Enjoy!
