After all, warm herbal or green tea will help the regulation of body temperature and even reduce it by a degree and a half that will help the internal organs and increase efficiency. Also in the summer it is advisable to drink lukewarm decoctions and infusions from medicinal plants, for example from rosehips and mint leaves. In the broth, you can add a slice of lemon or a spoonful of honey to taste. A decoction of lime flowers helps health in hot weather and helps to keep you energized throughout the day.
