A terrible accident happened in the night from 30 to 31 December 2017 in the village of Preobrazhenka. About it reported in sector of communications of the regional police.
The police found out that two teammates together drank alcoholic drinks between them there was a conflict. A verbal argument escalated into a fight and one of the men beat another wooden stool.
