Metropolitan designer Konstantin cherepivs’ke developed a unique map-a diagram that shows all types of transport.
About this he wrote on his page on the social network Facebook.
“Kiev has the coolest metro map from “Agents for change”. Kiev has rather mediocre scheme land transport… And in Kiev there is no General scheme that covers all types of transport. More precisely, not it,” he said.
The designer said that he made the map on their own initiative. At its creation took more than a year.
According to Cherepovskiy, a map will be useful, in particular, for “relatives of Kiev from the regions and saving the tourists.”
On the map there are all kinds of public transport, except taxis.
“The bus is a whole ecosystem: more than 160 city routes and commuter 150. So much data in fact, dooms to failure any attempt to combine them with the municipal transportation”, – explained the designer.
He asked Kiev to give feedback on the map. “Before you is only a beta version, obviously doomed to revision. Noticed an inaccuracy? Somewhere something does not add up? Feel free to write to me,” said cherepivs’ke.
On the designer page to Facebook users have left many comments as approval of design work and specifying the inaccuracies on the map.
