The date of inauguration of the new President of France

Macron will take the oath on may 14.

The leader of the movement “Forward” Emmanuel macron sworn in as President of France next Sunday, may 14. This was announced by current President Francois Hollande.

The announcement was made in the course of events in Paris, dedicated to the 72nd anniversary of the end of the Second world war in Europe.

The Makron is defeated in the second round of the presidential elections, gaining of 66.06%. Another candidate, head of the far-right national front party, marine Le Pen gained to 33.9%.

According to the interior Ministry, a record high was the number of blank or spoiled ballots. Also high was the number of French who did not vote for either one of the candidates was of 25.38%.

We will remind, the founder of the National front Jean-Marie Le Pen said that his daughter lost the presidential election in France because the Vice-President of the party Florian Filippo.
