Writer of the Thriller “Chronicle,” the showrunner “Detective Agency of Dirk gently” and one of the Executive producers of “Zero channel” Max Landis is still quite young but has already achieved the reputation of a talented and versatile author. Dude does a remake of “American werewolf in London”, the original of which took his famous dad, and the last time we heard that Max had prepared an interesting cameo for your project. In addition, Landis continues to gush forth other ideas, vivid and interesting, but often impossible. In September we heard about the new “Gremlins” and now about the crossover “Nightmare on elm street” and “Hellraiser”.
The format of the podcast The Writer’s Panel told Max about how it would be possible to scrape these franchises. In his mind, everything starts with the fact that the Lantz family will take the boy-the orphan. In a locked hospital ward adoptive parents draw the symbol of the “Hellraiser” on the floor under the bed. To the fluctuations of the heart pulse of the child added another adult: “We got him”.
What a bitch, huh? In my opinion, nothing so unexpected!
Thus, the plot of Landis, Lantz wife are adherents of the cult of Pinhead and other Cenobites. And it is this sect responsible for killing innocent Freddy Kruger. Now they are going to sacrifice and his restless demonic soul. So Freddie will have hard times. It will pass through many nightmarish worlds, trying to regain their power. In these dark dreams to him, among other things, caught at Crystal lake in “Friday the 13th” and Jason Voorhees, and a toy factory from “Child’s play 2” where the demons are torturing himself Chucky.
In short, Freddy will join with these guys to fight lyuley Cenobita. And I think this is something very serious. The idea of confrontation Kruger and Pinhead I like, but why bring someone else? Just to be cool? Okay, Voorhees, this guy Freddie faced (and was already likely that these three will meet), but Chucky… seriously? I remember the Creator of puppet killer has suggested the crossover “Freddy vs. Chucky”, but his idea seemed not so crazy.
