The Pechersky court released a policy without restrictive measures.
In Appellate court of Kiev on 3 January began consideration of the complaint of the General Prosecutor on the decision of Pechersky district court, which refused to elect a measure of restraint for Mikhail Saakashvili.
Case listens to a panel of judges headed by Oleg Prysiazhniuk.
We will remind, Saakashvili is charged with part 2 of article 256 of the Penal code (promotion of members of the criminal organizations and concealment of their criminal activities). He allegedly received 500 thousand dollars from the fluent oligarch Sergey Kurchenko.
Despite this, in the Pechersk court decided to release Saakashvili without measure.
