The district administrative court of Kyiv has opened proceedings in the case against ex-head of Odessa regional state administration, the leader of Rukh novih forces of Mikhail Saakashvili. About it reports a press-service of the court.
“The plaintiff asked the court to recognize the illegal actions of the Main Department of the State migration service of Ukraine in Lviv region and the acting chief of the Department GMS in the Lviv region Ivanna Ivanochko for compiling and sending Saakashvili a letter signed from Ivanochko 29 Sep 2017”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that a hearing will be held on November 30.
