Almost 95 hectares of land in the suburbs of Kiev transferred to the local community.
The Board of the Kyiv economic court of appeal on 6 June requested in favor of territorial communities in the face of Brovary city Council 94,67 hectares of state enterprise “radio Transmitting center”, which is indirectly owned by the owner of supermarkets of electronics “Eldorado” Viktor Polishchuk.
According to the report, the court satisfied the appeal complaint of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev region, the decision came into force upon proclamation. This ruling has not yet appeared in the Unified registry of court decisions.
In 2015, the Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev arrested 94,67 ha of land near Kiev, which indirectly owns Polishchuk.
Lands of the state enterprise “radio Transmitting center” was displayed on the structure Viktor Polishchuk through an elaborate scheme. First, the local deputies voted for the transfer of land rent 48 citizens for agriculture. Subsequently all of them in one day and with the help of a notary handed over their footage to a private enterprise “inter-profit”.
In 2014, investigators of Department of internal Affairs in Kyiv region initiated criminal proceedings on the abuse of power by officials Brovary and regional Goszemagentstva, which led to the loss of 116 mln UAH.
