The Solomensky district court of Kiev began consideration of the petition for election of a preventive measure for people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt, which Pleased eve lifted the immunity.
The meeting began at 10:00 on may 18 in the premises of the Solomensky district court of Kiev, according to Shutova, 1.
The court considers the application of Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor about election of a measure of restraint to the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Borislav Rosenblatt.
He is suspected of taking bribes and influence peddling.
Since the Verkhovna Rada gave consent only to attract Borislav Rosenblatt to justice, however, denied his detention and arrest, the court may elect the measure of restraint in the form of pledge or personal commitment.
