All suspects elected a measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest.
Three officials of PAO Ukrzaliznytsya suspected of abuse of power, the Solomensky district court of Kiev has sent under house arrest. About it reports a press-service of Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office.
It is noted that the court granted the petition to the NEB, and SAP, who insisted on election of a preventive measure for officials, namely former Deputy Chairman of PJSC Ukrainian Railways, the Director of one of departments and the Deputy Director of one of branches of the company who are suspected of committing a crime, qualified under part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 364 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of power or official position).
“All suspects elected a measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest with carrying an electronic control for a period of 59 days. Also given additional duties, namely, to pass the documents to travel abroad, to notify the investigator, Prosecutor or court to change the place of residence, etc”, – stated in the message.
