The prosecution was required to Baranova 10 years of imprisonment.
However, according to the Baranov, “Minister”, he was “appointed” by force. In June 2014, he was allegedly kidnapped by militants, and in captivity he learned that the life of his wife is threatened. At the same time, the video referenced protection Baranova, the court had not been provided.
After a three-hour break, the panel of judges announced the verdict, according to which evidence of the defendant’s guilt was not enough. Sheep found not guilty and acquitted due to lack of evidence of committing crimes.
The Prosecutor stated that the appeal against this decision in appellate court.
