The court refused Navalny to appear in court Prime Minister Medvedev

Navalny was detained on March 26.

Tverskoy district court refused to grant the request of opposition leader Alexei Navalny on the summons of the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.

Today, the court must make a decision in the administrative case of the opposition.

Earlier, a spokesman for the policy Kira Armys reported that Navalny is charged with article 20.2.2 h. 1 of the administrative code (organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places, which caused violation of public order).

Recall, Navalny was detained March 26, almost immediately after arriving at the rally against corruption. He spent the night in the police Department.

On March 26 in different cities of Russia have passed protest actions against corruption in government. The protesters demanded to start investigation against Medvedev on the facts of the investigation Fund for the fight against corruption.
