The court found unlawful inaction of the security Service of Ukraine.
The security service is obliged to submit to the registry information about the perfect people’s Deputy Vladimir Parasyuk criminal offence public incitement to commit a terrorist act. This decision was made by the Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev, reports a press-service of public movement “the Ukrainian choice – the Right of the people”.
“March 27, 2017, the Shevchenko district court of Kyiv has recognized illegal the inaction of the security Service of Ukraine refused entry into the Unified register of pretrial investigations the information about the criminal offense – public appeals of the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Volodymyr Parasyuk to commit a terrorist act – for the physical elimination of the leader of the public movement “the Ukrainian choice – the Right of the people” Victor Medvedchuk”, – reported in the organization.
It stressed that such actions have on all qualifying signs of the crime provided by part two of article 2582УК of Ukraine, as public calls to commit a terrorist act using mass media.
