“The decision of the court to oblige Russia to end the discrimination against Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars, as well as to stop the support of terrorists on Donbass, the Russian Federation put before the dilemma: either to cease its wrongful conduct, or completely to become a country-a pariah that no one would have anything to do”, – wrote in Facebook the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the hearing Deputy foreign Minister Elena zerkal.

According to her, a real unit of measurement in this case is life of every single person suffering from attacks or from unreasonable searches and abductions.

“Human dignity is the highest value. So to defend the position of Ukraine is morally easy, though difficult legally, because the only thing that remains of Russia – to hide behind the distortion of facts, manipulation of law and the propaganda intoxication,” – said zerkal.

The hearing will take four days and will be broadcast online.
