The court in the Crimea Baluja sentenced to 5 years in prison

The court of Crimea has ordered the Ukrainians to pay a fine of 10 thousand rubles on the second criminal case.

Controlled by Russia Razdolnensky district court in occupied Crimea has sentenced the Ukrainian activist Volodymyr Baluja to five years in a General regime colony.

January 16, the so-called “court” controlled by the occupation authorities of the Russian Federation in Crimea, condemned Baloha up to three years and seven months in a penal colony. In addition, he was ordered to pay a fine in the amount of 4.6 thousand.

Russian security officials accused of Crimea in “possession of ammunition”. In turn, the lawyer of Baluja and human rights activists said that he was the victim of reprisals for his Pro-Ukrainian position.
