The claim of the policy will be re-distributed between the judges of Vasu.
The Supreme administrative court of Ukraine (SACU), appointed on December 21, consideration of the claim of the ex-President of Georgia and leader of the party the movement of new forces of Mikhail Saakashvili to the President of Petro Poroshenko about recognition illegal and cancellation of the decree on the termination of citizenship.
On Thursday, November 23.
“On December 21 at 15.00 the claim is appointed to consideration”, – said the press service of the SACU.
The court recalled that it was corresponding to the distribution in connection with the appointment of one of the judges of the Supreme court of Ukraine.
The VASA noted that “the claim will be re-distributed between the judges of Vasu, who is authorised to conduct proceedings in the Higher administrative court of Ukraine”.
