Judge Alexander Bobrovnik will hold a meeting on election of a preventive measure Nasirova.
Today, the Solomensky district court of Kyiv rejected the petition of protection of the dismissed head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov disqualification of judge Alexander Bobrivnyk.
“The court sees no grounds for satisfaction of the petition… In satisfaction of the statement to refuse,” said the judge.
Thus, judge Alexander Bobrovnik should continue meeting on election of a preventive measure Nasirova.
