The judge has satisfied the petition of Prosecutor’s office.
The Pechersky district court of Kiev didn’t satisfy the petition of Prosecutor’s office of election of a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest eks-the President of Georgia and leader of the party the movement of new forces, Mikheil Saakashvili. The corresponding decision on Monday, December 11, announced the investigative judge Larisa Sokol.
“The petition of the Prosecutor… the application of a preventive measure in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest against the suspect Saakashvili to leave without satisfaction”, – announced the decision of Sokol.
However, she noted that this decision may be appealed by the Prosecutor to the appellate court.
