The court closed the criminal case against Lyashko

Evidence NACP was not enough.

The court dismissed the case against the head of the Radical party of Oleh Lyashko, who was convicted of illegal combination in 2006, activities of the people’s Deputy and Executive positions in the publishing Policy.

About it reports UKRINFORM with reference to the Lyashko, who spoke to reporters after the court hearing.

“Case closed, no violation there,” – said the MP.

This information was confirmed by the people’s Deputy from the Radical party Igor Mosiychuk,

“We have proved that the case was entirely fabricated by the authorities corrupt NACP. Now we are going to demand the initiation of criminal proceedings against counterfeiters”, – he wrote in Facebook.

In turn the Prosecutor of GPU Valentina Senik noted that the evidence of NPK was not enough. According to her, the court’s decision may be appealed to the Supreme administrative court.
