Goloseevsky regional court of Kiev arrested the suspect in the attempt on the life of ATO volunteers of Adam Osmayev and amine Okueva for two months without the right to bail. About it reports a press-service of capital Prosecutor’s office.
“The court session was held with the direct participation of the suspect, who was taken to court, accompanied by doctors and heavily guarded,” said the Agency.
The suspect is accused of committing crimes under part 2 of article 15, paragraph 1 of part 2 of article 115 (attempt at murder), part 1 article 263 (illegal weapon storage) the criminal code of Ukraine.
“Now, in criminal proceedings carried out the necessary investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime. At the scene, investigative experiment”, – added in Prosecutor’s office.
Also appointed a number of forensic examinations, including fingerprinting study to identify the identity of the suspect. Continues to monitor the circumstances of receiving of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine.
