The costs of the Verkhovna Rada will rise considerably

Now deputies will receive 650 hryvnia per day.

The Verkhovna Rada decided to increase from September 1 the monthly monetary compensation of the MPs for rental or lease hotel rooms at 190 UAH to 650 UAH per day. This is stated in the decision of procedural Committee of Parliament.

It is noted that on 14 July, the Committee considered the letter of the acting chief of staff of Parliament Peter Bodnar.

The Committee found that the compensation of the cost of rental housing is based on the cost of single room hotel Kiev is based 460 hryvnia per day, which was relevant more than three years ago.

Along with this, since the approval of such compensation, increased utility rates, and varied minimum wage.

According to the calculations of the office of Rada, at the moment, the average room rate is around 650 hryvnia per day.

In the end, the procedural Committee agreed with the proposal of the office of Parliament to increase the compensation of the MPs for rental housing from 460 to 650 hryvnia per day.

In addition, the Committee allowed the camera to set July 3, the size of the costs of providing travel assistants-consultants of deputies in the amount of 400 UAH per month.
